Faceplate refund policy
The short version
- Within 14 days of any charge: a full refund of that charge, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: cancel any time and keep Pro to the end of what you paid for; the rest isn't refunded.
- If Faceplate stops working in Google Meet for good, the months left on every yearly plan are refunded.
The 14-day window
Faceplate Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. If Pro isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Pro ends when we do. The window applies to every charge, the first one and each renewal, on either plan.
After 14 days
Cancel any time from the panel's Account link. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for. The rest of that month or year isn't refunded.
If Faceplate stops working
If we stop supporting Faceplate, or it can no longer work in Google Meet, we'll refund the months left on every yearly plan.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
How to ask
Email support@faceplateapp.com from the address you paid with, or tell us that address, and say which charge. That's all we need.
